What Should I Bring to Class?

For all classes we recommend you bring: A clean towel, water bottle, Sports Mouthguard (Amazon)

Striking Classes (Boxing, Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, MMA):

  • Boxing gloves - We have limited spares on

  • Hand wraps

  • Headgear (for sparring sessions)

No-Gi BJJ Classes:

  • Rash guard and grappling shorts (MMA Fight Store)

  • Kids can wear either rash guard and grappling shorts (Amazon) or comfortable sports clothing preferably without pockets

Do I Need Prior Experience?

Not at all! Our classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or preparing for your next competition, our experienced coaches will guide you every step of the way.

What Is No-Gi BJJ?

No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is grappling without the traditional gi (kimono). Practitioners wear rash guards and shorts, focusing on clinches, takedowns, and submissions without relying on clothing grips. No-Gi BJ is fast paced, technical and fun. Perfect for all ages and is a great way to get in shape.

What Is Dutch Kickboxing?

Dutch Kickboxing combines elements of Muay Thai, Kyokushin Karate, and Western boxing. It's characterised by aggressive combinations, powerful low kicks, and relentless pressure. This style is renowned for its effectiveness in both competition and self-defense.

What Is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai, known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," is a traditional martial art from Thailand. It utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, making it one of the most comprehensive striking arts. Training in Muay Thai enhances strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance

Do You Offer Kids BJJ Classes?

Yes! Our No-Gi Kids BJJ program is tailored for children aged 5 and up. Classes focus on building discipline, confidence, and physical fitness in a fun and safe environment.

  3. Come train. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early
